What we collect

When you fill in one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), book a call or contact us, we may collect:

- your name, business name, email address and phone number

- your answers to any questions on the form

- details of calls and messages between us, including call recordings and notes where you have been told the call is recorded

- basic technical information when you visit our pages, such as device and browser type

How we use it

- to contact you about the enquiry you made

- to book, confirm and remind you about calls

- to provide our services if you become a client, and to invoice you

- to keep records we are required to keep by law

We do not sell your data.

Our legal basis

- Legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries and following up on them

- Contract: taking steps you have asked for before entering a contract, and delivering our services

- Legal obligation: keeping financial and tax records

- Consent: where we ask for it, for example for certain marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our business, who process data on our behalf:

- Meta (Facebook and Instagram lead forms and advertising)

- HighLevel (customer records, booking, email and text messages)

- Google (email, calendar and video calls)

- Fathom (call recording and notes)

- Whop (payments)

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses.

How long we keep it

- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact

- Client records: for the length of the relationship and up to 6 years afterwards for tax and legal purposes

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you or another organisation. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, including by replying STOP to a text message. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
